		<description>If you&#039;re going to be doing much work with editing CSS, I highly recommend CSSEdit? It&#039;s Mac only, but has a powerful feature that allows you to load an existing web page and see exactly which elements in the CSS are applied to each item on the page. It&#039;s a great editing program, but more than that, it&#039;s a great way to learn more about CSS and how it works.</description>
